Pan Fried Fish with Smoked Ocean Trout Dipping Sauce
Serves 4
700 grms White Fish eg : Rankin Cod~ Pink Snapper~Nannygai
3 tbsps Olive oil for frying
1/4 Cup Plain flour
Salt N Pepper to Season

Smoked Ocean Trout Dipping Sauce~ Pate
100grms Smoked Ocean Trout
3/4 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese
3 large tbsp Ricotta
1 tbps Sweet Chilli Sauce
1tsp lemon juice
!/2 Clove Fresh Garlic
1 small shallot
In a Food Processor Blend All Ingredients until Smooth.
Dish into bowl.
Dust Fish fillets in Flour And Shallow Fry in Batches, Till golden brown.
Drain on paper towel.
Transfer to Platter.
